The hotel was clean, and the staff was exceptional and pleasant. the double room suited us perfectly, featuring a fridge, coffee/tea makers, and an iron/ironing board. the location of the property was ideal, right in the middle of Jackson. Overall, the hotel exceeded all expectations! :).

The room I had was comfortable and the staff was exceptional and nice. The location was marvellous, at a moderate distance from Bickham-Rudkin Park. Visited few places in the center, not too far away from the hotel.

Some people working there were condescending.

This place is pretty clean, and the staff is super friendly and outstanding. the attached restaurant serves hot food, which is a nice bonus. I really enjoyed my stay and plan to come back! 😊.

The location here was perfect for me, right in the heart of Jackson. I enjoyed grabbing coffee at the Donut Nest, which was only a 15-minute walk away. ☕.

My recent trip to Birmingham lasted three nights, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn. the location was convenient, just off the interstate and close to downtown with various dining options within walking distance. the hotel was impeccably clean, offering spacious rooms with comfortable beds. I appreciated the well-lit parking area located near the entrance and the exceptional service provided by both the front desk and dining staff.

Can just recommend this hotel.
